Vector Sports Posters

The Vector Sports Posters collection consists of sports related graphics that I made throughout 2023.

I started the first poster, a drawing of Reece James, in late 2022, which is where I first experimented with the geometric vector style. Developing this style has been important to me as a designer, as it has become my favorite and most commonly used style throughout my work. In this style, I draw shapes with the pen tool in Illustrator on top of an image.

I always use straight lines, and usually only use solid colors. The only times that I have used gradients have been within backgrounds, like on the posters of Franco Harris and Myles Garrett. I have developed another version of this style, which uses more organic shapes, which can be seen in the Glass17 collection.
